GEMA BANGSA MANIFESTO

Political Decentralization
Decision-making authority (including local election nominations) rests with regional offices (DPD/DPC), not the central board (DPP).

Authentic Cadre Development
Only cadres who have gone through the process and demonstrated capacity will be nominated as legislative or regional head candidates.

Financial Independence
All party activities are financed through a collective contribution and "gotong royong" (mutual cooperation) system, not by elite sponsors.

Policy Integrity
Every regional official signs a stamped political contract ensuring adherence to anti-bribery (anti-mahar) principles.

Politics as Service
Treating politics as a means of serving the people, not as a tool for power accumulation.

Transparency
Guaranteeing the transparency of finances, policies, and decisions so that the public can directly oversee the party.

Party Autonomy:
  • Every DPD/DPC has full autonomy in determining political direction and regional policies.
  • Structural Equality, No dominant figure acts as the "owner" of the party. The General Chairperson is subject to replacement through party deliberation mechanisms.
  • Organizational Independence, Not dependent on a single financier or central elite. All cadres participate in contributions to finance the party.
  • Pragmatic Financial Projects, The party builds community-based projects, such as *Desa Mandiri* (Independent Villages), through the collective contributions of regional cadres.
